PanCAN Volunteer Supports Survivor with Help from American Airlines

An American Airlines employee and PanCAN volunteer mobilized some 60 coworkers to surprise and support a pancreatic cancer survivor at LaGuardia Airport when he traveled to New York City for his treatments. The American Airlines employees donated airline miles, so he could get months of free flights for treatment. They also gave him Admirals Club access to relax while waiting for flights after a tiring day of treatment.
