FAIL! Toyota OEM Oil Filter cartridge Cover Cracked! Replaced with All Metal Aluminum Cover Dorman

Cracked cartridge type oil filter cover. I did an easy Oil Change Job but during the final leak inspection, I noticed a leak coming from the plastic Oil Filter Cover. The stock Oil Filter cover or cartridge cracked! Not sure... but I think it was just structurally weak and just failed... I was going to JB Weld it ... like all other things I repair... but decided on buying the All Metal - All Aluminum Dorman 917-016CD Oil Filter Cover for Toyota and Lexus cars.
Torque settings are 25 and 13. I did 23 and 13.
