Can you use a wakizashi two handed? Depending on your views the answer may seem obvious but today I break it down. Can it be done? Should it be done? And finally was it done historically? We've discussed using a katana one handed in detail so now its time to discuss using a wakizashi two handed. I also add in some footage of cutting with the wakizashi two handed.

Swords-T10 clay tempered wakizashi 55cm blade length
Tameshigiri targets
-Pool noodles-these require good edge alignment or they will not cut, very little power required. Also pool noodles that have been bent or manhandled have their fibres break and become incredibly difficult to cut as they have a tendency to bend instead
Always be aware of your surroundings and minimise harm to yourself, others and your environment. Never use weapons when intoxicated or upset or for any act of violence.
