Complete steps for preparing doogh, labanti, curd and oil in the nomadic way

In this video, you will see all the steps of preparing traditional nomadic dairy products up close. The work begins with milking fresh milk from the animals; milk that is collected with great effort and after a few days turns into natural yogurt. Then we churn the yogurt using the traditional doogh method and spend hours trying to prepare the doogh.
After that, we process the doogh and prepare local curd; curd that is the result of several days of work and patience in nomadic life. Next, pure local oil is made from the fat obtained and prepared over a fire using the traditional method. All these steps are done in the heart of nature and with old methods; methods that have been preserved from generation to generation among the nomads.
