The queen of behind the scenes is at it again... ME, Crystal Power! I got as much as I could because I had an entirely separate job to fulfill!
The gems that @monicadenise and @brandy drop in the interviews after #verzuz are all gems we can apply to different relationships in our lives. I love her authenticity of stating the facts… “It took VERY ADULT conversations…” These 2 iconic Queens are powerful in their own artistry. I hope the industry stops trying to make us, the audience, choose and stop comparing their abilities! I am keeping the perspective like @issarae “I’m rooting for everybody black!” And I refuse to choose! I love how we can see in this behind the scenes video how two mature women made a decision to heal and move forward… TOGETHER! Can you imagine if we made decisions to heal and move forward together with the impact we could have on the world? Not just our culture but the WORLD! @brandy and #monica are setting examples for us to make a decision to forgive, heal, and put in the work to better their relationship. And they are not in denial about their past… they have just made the decision to work it out and to move forward. Decide and execute are my two take away words from this video. What are yours?
