Awesome Christmas Gift - Guy Fieri BBQ Brisket Trash Can Nachos

This awesome gift from Aunti Patti and Uncle Troy in Billings, Montana showed up 2nd Day Air to our Alaskan home by UPS. The contents had gel ice which was still frozen hard. We saved it for the New Year's dinner treat and we were not disappointed! Besides adding some chopped leftover prime rib from Christmas Eve dinner, we stuck to the ingredients and instructions as written. the flavor was incredible. But the big surprise was how much volume there was. After we munched on it, and our kids munched on it, it appeared to not dwindle in size. We all filled up on only about half of it, we will reheat the other half for New Year's Day! Thank you for the gift Larsens, Goldbelly, and Chef Fieri!
