OFTEN times we learn GRACE and FORGIVENESS without ACCOUNTABILITY, so when GOD hands out HIS CONSEQUENCES we IMMEDIATELY blame Satan.

FORGIVENESS requires ACCOUNTABILITY.

If we’re UNREPENTANT, then we are UNFORGIVEN.

We see this in the BIBLE time and time again.

ACCOUNTABILITY changes how GOD handles US in OUR wrongs.

HOWEVER, ACCOUNTABILITY does NOT negate CONSEQUENCES.

If it did, MANY of us would LIVE any kind of WAY and just say SORRY while NEVER changing.

GOD LOVES when we OWN up to our MISTAKES but HE also has to let us suffer something so that we don’t RETURN to the same EVIL.

If GOD’S consequences turn your HEART away from HIM then your HEART may have NOT ever been TRULY for HIM.

GOD killed David’s son after his AWFUL sin with Bathsheba.

KING DAVID still honored GOD in that because he knew he could’ve SUFFERED so much MORE and GOD’S GOODNESS didn’t change. King David’s actions did so he had to experience GOD differently.

GOD’S consequences are far MORE gracious for the ACCOUNTABLE.

LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY not only results in CONSEQUENCES, but also GOD’S rejection, King Saul. CAIN. Esau.

ACCOUNTABILITY and CONSEQUENCES don’t FEEL good to the FLESH but it FEELS amazing to the SPIRIT & STRENGTHENS the SPIRIT.
