✔ 4 medium potatoes (1.3 lb / 600g)
✔ 3 medium carrots (7 oz / 200g)
✔ 6 eggs
✔ 1.1 lb / 500g beef
✔ 14 oz / 400g pickled cucumbers or cornichons
✔ 14 oz / 400g canned green peas
✔ 1 small onion
✔ 1 mandarin
✔ 4-5 tbsp mayonnaise
✔ Salt, to taste
✔ Black pepper, to taste
How to Make It:
1️⃣ Cook the ingredients in advance.

Boil the potatoes and carrots with the skin on.
Hard-boil the eggs.
Let everything cool after cooking.
2️⃣ Prepare the vegetables & meat.
Peel the potatoes and dice them into small cubes. Add them to a mixing bowl.
Peel the carrots, dice them finely, and add them to the bowl.
Peel the boiled eggs, chop them finely, and add them to the bowl.
Dice the pickled cucumbers and add them to the bowl.
Cut the cooked beef into small pieces and add to the bowl.
Finely chop 1/2 of a medium onion and add it to the bowl.
