World of Warships - Friesland new PAN-EU DD

Friesland will be a tier 9 PAN-EU DD but for now WG decided to put it as PL ship for testing, this is NOT PL ship and it won't stay PL.
This is also one of the first games I played in it and I was still unsure of how the ship feels and what is it supposed to do. These circumstances are ideal in this game and this is what you can expect, other games I played were not as ideal and I was struggling to get close to 100k dmg.

Specs:
Current concealment is 6.4km
2x2 120mm guns with VERY fast rld
No torps
5km hydro (3.5km for torps)
USN smoke screen
VERY strong AA (as I will show you in days to come).

My suggestions were to improve its concealment and swap USN smoke for RN DD smokes.
A lot of players playing this DD feel that it's a very strong DD and I agree, but I feel like it's not equipped as good as it could be.
