Braces ki dekhbhal kaise kare
1) Brush twice daily with ortho brush.
2) Use interdental brush or water floss to clean from in between brackets.
3) Use high fluoride mouthwash and fluoride toothpaste to reduce cavities and deminearlization of enamel.
4) Avoid hard and sticky food as that may break your bracket.
5) You may feel pain pulling pressure after your ortho visit. Incase pain is unbearable then you may take Diclofenac 50 mg.
6) Ulcer formation is also common because of so much of ortho apparatus in your mouth. Incase of an ulcer, you can apply analgesic gel like Anabel IR, or Anabel CT to the ulcer. We advise you to also take one capsule of Vit B complex × 1 week to promote healing. Sticky wax / Sugar free gums
7) Prefer having soft diet for 3 days after your ortho visit.
8) If any bracket is broken then get it along with you in your next visit and not misplace it.
