L320 Range Rover Sport TDV8 Seized Turbo Actuator Fix

My L320 Range Rover Sport threw a P132E-22 fault code recently, reporting that the actuator on turbo "B" was not responding as expected - the most common cause of that is that the linkage has seized due to corrosion, which turned out to the case for me. I couldn't find a good video guide to freeing these off on the 3.6 TDV8, so here's my guide to how to find them and how to unstick them!

Tools I used:
3 tonne trolley jack
4 x 3 tonne axle stands
A foot long section of M5 threaded rod bent into a hook(!)
