US: 'We’ve got a pilot in the house and he says he got ejected'

A recording has captured the emergency call made by a US military pilot after ejecting from his F-35 fighter jet and landing in a resident’s back garden in South Carolina.

The pilot was flying over Williamsburg County in a military jet on 17 September when he ejected due to an "aircraft failure".
