Growing Pea Shoots

This one will show you how to grow any of four different Peas (Speckled, Yellow, Green, Oregon Giant) into Microgreens - or in this case - Shoots. You will be guided through all the steps - from Soaking the seeds to Harvesting the crop.

Along the way you'll be treated to some fundamental indoor farming know-how and cameos from 2 non-human family members as well as a brief pixilation from our garden.

The crops are grown in plastic nursery trays using coconut coir as the medium. The method shown can be used in any number of trays with a wide variety of growing mediums, so this will guide almost any indoor farmer to successful crops of Pea Shoots @:-)
