How To Assemble 1960-87 Chevy C10 Lower Control Arms (With Steel Threaded Bushings)

I realized there's not a great video showing the process. It's not that difficult but the steel bushings can create some problems. It's not a big deal to take these off, clean them up, and make them look and perform like brand new or better for way less than buying new.
