Vlogmas days 11 and 12 were filled with cozy cooking, and I was happy to break out the Instant Pot again for one of our favorite winter dishes - Loaded Potato Soup! It was the perfect compliment to the Holiday Margarita recipe (ha!) from The Defined Dish blog and a calm night in watching The Grinch. I survived my first Peloton Bike Bootcamp with Tunde, and wrapped some more gifts - ENJOY :)
