Jake Butcher Mansion: Wet, Moldy Basement Part 1

The Butcher Mansion in Clinton TN was purchased at foreclosure auction in February 2011 by the lender, Commercial Bank of Harrogate TN. Commercial Bank turned around and listed the property for $1.2 million. In April 2012 I put an offer in, based on what I found during discovery. This is a portion of what we found in the basement.
