BambuLab A1 Repair - Hotend Assembly Repair@Pi-Innovations

Our BambuLab A1 encountered a filament clog, rendering it unable to print. While attempting to clear the clog from the hotend assembly, the thermistor was accidentally damaged, leaving the printer unable to detect nozzle temperature. Fortunately contacting support, BambuLab stepped up and provided a replacement hotend assembly free of charge under warranty—even though the thermistor is a consumable part typically not covered (our issue occurred within the first week of purchase).
