DIY TV STAND FOR 65" OLED NO POWER TOOLS

First the inspiration - "Certified Beginner" youtuber . Their "1 pc plywood equals tv stand " inspired a beginner like me to build this stand for my 65" tv without power tools.
2 of us were involved.
Time taken - 7 days. 4 hrs per day approximately.

Details-
weight of lg tv with attached bottom stand - approximately 35 kg.
dimensions of stand - 1700 long x 500 wide x 550 high . All mm.
Base height- 150 mm

Material used -
8' x 4' - 19 mm plywood MR grade - Rs 1650
3' x 3' - 19 mm plywood - Rs 400
backplate 2.5 mm plywood- Rs 350 Approx - 1800 mm long
Mica sheet - 8' x 4' - Rs 650
Vinyl sheet ( ran out of mica for sides and back plate ) 3000 mm - Rs 200
Hinges - Rs 480 inset type
Handsaws - 2 nos - Rs 360
Fevicol adhesive SH 3 nos of 0.5 kg each - Rs 420
Flat file - Rs 250
Drilling of 2 holes in door for hinges from outside - Rs 250 . We have no drill.
3 nos tapes for mica - Rs 90
2 unused soft closing - cylinder type shock absorbers - Rs 160
Assorted screws, hacksaw blade and L clamps - .....

Total cost - Rs 5600/-
Approximately- 75 usd

Note - in the rear of the stand i have given extra vertical support in the form of 2 19 mm plates, between the top and bottom plates.
