Chip & Pin Key Pad Tamper Detection Systems

I picked up a chip & pin key pad from eBay, it was security locked but the tamper detection features built into the unit are very elegant.
I have no idea how you would practically bypass them, although looking at the current hacks there is no need as the chip gives you software access to install your own malware!

I believe this device is a Verifone/Dione Secura pin pad
