day 2 of my prolonged fasting vlog. easy or hard?

Welcome back to the channel. Day 2 of this current prolonged fast is in full swing!

The day started with another day of training in the gym and busy with work. Incorporating cardio with weight training felt good today. Having a coldbrew coffee in the morning hit the spot and got the energy levels going early!

Once you're in a groove in the fasting period, it becomes a lot easier to manage. Typically by the 3rd day, the hunger has gone away so to speak, and you're just beginning to feel your body create energy from its food stores. The body begins to optimize energy sources its always been designed to manage! We don't realize that our balance of hormones plays such a huge role in the way our energy and food stores collaborate in the process of fueling us.
