How to play 'Afterlife' by Avenged Sevenfold Guitar Solo Lesson

Hi guys! Welcome to lesson 79 of Learn That Solo! Today we look at how to play the clean solo from 'Afterlife' by Avenged Sevenfold off the self titled album.

So many people requested this song... And it was a bitch to learn, but blimey, I got there like a driven platypus. The legato stuff and the random slides are a bit weird but below it down and the'll make sense. The shreddy arpeggio section is very silly so be patient especially if your only an intermediate sweeper or shredder. Finally the pentatonic near the end are nearly impossibly to play. You've just got to get the pattern and shred as fast as you possibly can.
