Sandra I paid millions of dollars in commission already and I have a house for sale out in Edmonton at this time in a pending sale if the buyer can get approved for financing by August 19th. Had to shave the price about twenty percent as the real estate market is worst than dead and set to collapse in price. The prices in Toronto even from ages ago when this video was made were outrageous. Today I believe at the time of this video we are seeing the peak just before the collapse in Toronto and the GTA in prices. I make a living trading, day trading and gambling (mainly betting fights). I retired when I was 26. I'm now turning 58.
