Baltimore based band (one ex Ravyn member).

Says it's from the album "Forward March" , though I've never seen it. I messaged a couple of the band members on Facebook about the album but no response... For now we have this transfer I did on on cheap record player.. cheers..
Song co-written by a member of another Baltimore band "The Vamps"
