The D.O.T. Borrows My Rake To Drain Major Street Flood

This is a follow up explaining what has been done since the original April video. Back in April 2020 I found this road completely flooded out across four lanes of traffic because a culvert in the woods had a tree blocking it that beavers built against causing all storm surge to cross the road rather than travel through the pipe. Keep in mind this flood has been going on for over 10 years and the DOT said in my original video that they knew it was a beaver dam but they never did anything about it until the original video received over 5 million views forcing them to deal with the issue after backlash from people living there. Here are some videos showing the clog and a follow-up video after the DOT removed the clog and even paved around that drain that I found an issue with. At least it's finally solved. They did a good job. Even during a last week drive by they fixed all the exposed rotten rebar underneath the bridge that I showed was dropping concrete onto the sidewalk below and they also replaced parts of the sidewalk and drain slots in the curb.
