Explore also provides access to live coaching and virtual training sessions, as well as access to a complete collection of digital learning pathways, resources and job aids.
• Team - Identify diverse styles within your teams and get feedback with targeted learning and support. Our team profiler allows users to create team profiles, receive feedback on team results, and identify strategies for improving team performance.
• Countries - Find information for working styles for 100 countries, build strong virtual relationships, conduct successful meetings and presentations, understand the economy, business and political situation. Our video-based country series helps to upskill remote workers, business travellers, assignees and expatriates. Each pathway provides a structured overview of the country, getting learners up to speed with local working styles and business practices. A gap analysis between the learner and the targeted country focuses the learner on the key strategies that they need to adopt to manage any cultural differences.
• Passport - Record, promote and share your cultural experiences within teams and across their organizations. Learning logs completion and achievements. The cultural buddy system allows people to connect and share their expertise.
