Firefighters respond to crane rescue at General Electric

Paramedics and Firefighters responded to an unconscious employee at General Electric on Park St. just before 9am. The employee was operating a crane when he became unresponsive.

Peterborough Fire Services responded with both their Aerial and rescue units. Firefighters could be seen outside preparing for an aerial rescue but it's not know what happened as the crane was located inside of a building.

After some time a male patient could be seen being brought out of the building by stretcher and loaded into a waiting Ambulance and transported to PRHC.
