Painting Anvil Industry's Light Mech - How I Paint Things
It's versatile, looks great and it's absolutely loaded with options: The Anvil Industry Light Mech released in January! A collection of STL files for home 3D printing where you can customize the kit before printing, with a resin version coming soon. A build and paint video means this one's a little longer than usual! Whether you're playing Konflikt '47, Gamma Wolves, Lancer, Warhammer 40,000 or anything else which features walking suits of armour, I'm certain a cunning hobbyist can find a use for this awesome kit. I've been subscribed to the Anvil Digital Forge from the very first release and each has continued to amaze me with the quality on offer; they're my go-to for amazing STL files that I know will work once they hit the printer!
https://www.patreon.com/posts/januarys-light-46542504 The showcase post for the Light Mech is here, along with a bunch of pictures of other possible options using the STL kit. Even if you haven't got a 3D printer yet, going in just to pick up the STL files ahead of time - and at a ludicrously low price - seems like a cunning idea to me! The lovely team at Anvil Industry have also written written a guide for how to use Blender to tweak and customize the kit, which even I was able to figure out. You'll need to download and install Blender to get the most of it, of course, but it's free software and incredibly powerful for this use!
https://anvilindustry.co.uk/?affiliate=sonicsledgehammer You can also pick up resin conversion parts for the Anvil Industry Regiments line, Exo-Lords, Daughters of the Burning Rose or even Gaslands bits - if you follow this affiliate link I earn a little commission off the top, which costs you nothing extra. If you decide to pick up previous packs from the Digital Forge, you can also use the same link!
Thanks to Producer level Patrons Alan Nuttall, Ben Hicks, Kyrie Crawford, Trainboy, and Connor, as well as all the other Patrons that made this video possible, and Exit23 Games for recording equipment that helps keep the channel ticking over! Find out more at the following links:
