What Does the Bible Say About Cremation?

While the Bible describes what was done with dead bodies in various cultures, it provides no specific guidance for what to do with dead bodies. General principles apply, including being respectful and proceeding with love for the deceased and survivors. We are exhorted to make the most of our time when we are alive, for when death comes, life ceases in every way until we are resurrected.
