How to Replace the Trolley on Large Pelican Air Cases (1595/1615) | ColorCase Installation Guide

In this video, we show you how to remove and replace the trolley and wheel assemblies on your Pelican 1595 or 1615 Air case and replace them with our genuine Pelican replacement trolleys. This installation will be the same exact process for almost all large Pelican Air cases with separate trolley and wheel housing assemblies including the 1606, 1626, and 1637.

Our color trolleys are made by Pelican in the same factory as your originals and are injection molded with custom pigment, not painted or dyed (i.e. these are factory replacements). This is a quick and easy DIY project that you can do at home with common household tools!
