Intermediate Advanced Ballet Barre with Christopher Sellars | At Home Class | Kathryn Morgan

This is the barre portion of an intermediate/advanced ballet class taught by my boyfriend, Christopher Sellars. He is a former First Soloist with Ballet West and is now principal faculty with Ballet West Academy. You will work on strength, technique, artistry, and musicality. Chris really pushes you all during this barre! So breathe and focus on correct technique! Demonstrating is Ella Schultze, current Ballet West Trainee.
