Canned stewed meat - RECIPE

Today we will make a stew
that can be stored for a very long time.
We will do it in a pressure cooker
I took 1.25 kg of pork meat (pork or beef meat)
My pressure cooker fits 3 cans
My meat will fit in 2 cans
Cans should not be placed on the bottom of the pot as they may damage the non-stick coating.
My meat will fit in 2 cans
Take 1 teaspoon of salt (5 g)
And pour into each jar.
5 grams per 1/2 liter jar
The second jar I have is 750 ml so I take 1.5 teaspoons of salt
And put 1 bay leaf in each jar
add 3-4 black peppercorns
And now we put the meat cut into pieces in each jar.

put the jars in the pressure cooker
and pour 250 ml of water
close the pressure cooker
close the valve
select the "pressure extinguish" mode
And the cooking time is 40 minutes
The most important thing is when 40 minutes have passed and the pressure cooker turns off. Do not
open the lid for at least 1 hour! Otherwise, the jars may burst.
it is better to wait longer so that the jars cool well. This will ensure that the pressure in the
pressure cooker is gone and the jars will be unbroken.
And here is our finished stew!
