Installing Dry Wall on ICF

Installing drywall on ICF is easy and requires no glue or adhesive. The ICF gives drywall installers more options for strapping and installing due to the ICF webs being every 8 inches on center. No wall insulation needed due to the ICF having 1.5 pcf density modified Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) foam on both sides of the block. With the built-in insulation, this provides lower energy costs, along with a STC rating of 51+ - which makes the space sound resistant as well.
