We need a far more radical plan to deal with pollution in our cities, says Graeme Le Saux. Plans for ‘clean air zones’ in five UK cities and Sadiq Khan’s plan to charge a £10 tax on the oldest, most polluting vehicles in central London is just a sticking plaster on a far bigger problem.

Graeme believes we need to ban cars in areas in cities and overhaul public transport access to cities from the rest of the country.
