Non-touristy and super cheap authentic Czech Restaurant:
U Parlamentu (not vegan-friendly)

The second restaurant was just a Chinese restaurant in the city center, around Wenceslas Square. We just wanted to try the famous fried cheese dish (probably not the best spot to try a Czech dish...)
