How to Fix Can not find component on update server on VMware on Windows 10?

When I ever I try to Install Vmware Tools on Virtual machine on Windows 10. I am facing the problem Can not find component on update server. Contact VMware support or your system administrator.
I finally find a way to fix this problem specially if you are using macOS 10.14 Mojave, macOS 10.15 Catalina or macOS 11 Big Sur.
