Maamoul Bil Joz - Lebanese Walnut Maamoul - طريقة تحضير معمول بالجوز
Ingredients : 5 cups of coarse semolina
1 & half cups of fine semolina
2 & half cups of melted ghee
Half cup of blossom water
Half cup of rose water
Half cup of sugar
Half tsp of yeast
1 tsp of mahlab
3 tbs of water.
For the filling : 2 cups of walnuts
3 tbs of sugar
2 tbs of syrup
1 tbs of rose water
1 tbs of blossom water .
