All Access: Perfection Gymnastics | The Mix- Effort, Fun, Team, and Health

We go all access with the Level 10's at Perfection Gymnastics in Ohio. This was filmed at the end of October as they were beginning the process of putting routines together while still focusing on perfecting the skills and combinations for their routines. In this workout you will see some preparation complexes along with drills that are continued to be used during the routine preparation phase of training.
