Disney's Holiday Entertainment Is Great, Why Is Universal Lagging Behind?

As competition between Disney and Universal in Orlando continues heating up, Universal's holiday offerings have continued to gain popularity. However, Disney easily has the better entertainment spread throughout its parks, in addition to the Christmas party hosted at Magic Kingdom. From here, I have to wonder why Universal isn't doing more. Through a number of different factors, I think that they are uniquely positioned to change holiday entertainment within the industry, yet aren't really tapping into that potential. Today, I'm proposing how they could do so, offering a new type of attraction that could make waves and change everything.
