Commodore 64 Black Screen Triple Challenge (Part 3 and Final!)

Commodore #3 had multiple issues. The lower voltage and the shorted address and data buses pointed the way to faulty PLA and SID (sniff). Along the way I encountered strange white flashes and a mysterious purple screen.
