Non-Intersecting Honeycomb Infill: Dual-Color IDEX Demo & CAD Hack #PicolinoExtruder #opensource

Watch as I demo my unique Non-Intersecting Honeycomb Infill pattern on an IDEX 3D printer! This raw, unedited print shows dual-color (red/white) layers alternating for a cool cosmetic effect on a 92mm fan grill. Modeled in SOLIDWORKS as a slicer hack—proof of concept for non-intersecting hex infills with double extrusion on overhangs.

Key ideas: Suggesting aperture size (e.g., 6mm hex) over percentage in slicers like OrcaSlicer. Software nerds, check the CAD model in comments!
