🍪 My homemade cookie recipe:

100g soft butter (not too melted)
80g sugar
1 egg
160g flour
(Optional: 30g almond or hazelnut powder)
50g chopped dark chocolate
Mix everything, chill for 15–30 min in the fridge, form cookie balls, and bake for 15 min at 180°C 🍪
