Repair EGS002 very simple.

EGS002 is a sine inverter module of EGmicro, with EGS002 you can easily build a sine inverter with power from 300W to 30KW. Choose the frequency 50hz 60hz to 400Hz with voltage feedback, however, it is also very easy to burn. Most of the damage of EGS002 is IC EG8010, driver IC IR2110, diode and boostrap capacitor, transistor BA (A1015), If you supply power to EGS002 but the LED does not light. EG8010 was burnt. Next, check the input signal of IC IR2110 (pins 10 and 12). If the signal is good, check 4 signals HO1-LO1 HO2-LO2. Don't forget to check the diode and boostrap capacitors, if any component is broken, please replace it.
