Our 4th graders shifted into high gear this week as the @unlvtechtrekker team brought the future of robotics to our classroom! Using Sphero Indi robots and color-coded tiles, our young engineers dove into the world of physical computing and "screenless" coding.

It was incredible to watch our students master complex STEM skills through hands-on play. Swipe to see our innovators in action as they explored:
🤖 Logic & Sequencing: Using color tiles as "commands" to direct their robots. Each green, yellow, or purple tile represents a specific piece of code!
🤖 Inputs & Outputs: Learning how sensors work by observing how the robot "reads" a color (input) and reacts with movement or sound (output).
🤖 Collaborative Debugging: Working in teams to identify errors in their "programs" and iterating until their robot reached its destination.
🤖 Spatial Reasoning: Mapping out paths and calculating turns to navigate the classroom floor with precision.
