Operation Snap No 3 KW64ZPR 17-05-2022

M65 Junction 3 Eastbound. Driver holding a mobile phone whilst driving. Vehicle was declared SORN but could be travelling to a MOT test centre as it was issued a MOT the next day. Reported to Lancashire Police via Operation Snap and they agreed that the driving fell below the standard required.

As it is now more than 6 months since this incident and no request has been received to attend court, I feel safe to post.
The driver would have received either-
1 - A warning letter,
2 - A driver improvement course
3 - Points and a fine.

Unfortunately they do not provide details of the final result.
