The machine is built on the basis of the most reliable components, FESTO pneumatics, Siemens controller.
Let's take a look at the interface and ways of size setting.
With the manual method of setting, size and quantity are sets on the screen manually. The minimum length of the finished slat is 65 mm, maximum 100 meters.
On the main screen, we can see the automatically calculated amount of material needed to complete the order, the fabric counter, the status bar on which prompts are displayed.
Using the "Winding" button you can unwind the required amount of fabric or measure the amount of fabric in a roll.
Go to batch mode. Here you can specify a list of slats of various lengths. For example, if you want to make the lower edge of jalousie in the form of a wave or arc.
You can also set several different orders, and a separator will be inserted between them. Let’s demonstrate the method of control over the network. We connect the computer, open the browser, insert the request, press Enter. The task is transmitted to the machine, and depending on the settings, it starts immediately, or the machine waits for the button «Work» to be pressed.
The request consists of the IP address of the controller, the port, and then sizes - the length of slats and quantity. After the machine has accepted the task.
This method of external control has proven itself as the easiest and most convenient for IT specialists to be realized in systems installed in manufacturing facilities.
