SPRING CLEANING ON THE FARMSTEAD

I have always been in love with the banana chocolate chip muffins that my mom used to make growing up. I bought some bananas a while back just to let them sit until they were perfect to make these muffins!

RECIEPE: Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

1/2 c. softened butter
1 c. packed light brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. flour
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. baking powder
2 c. mashed ripe bananas (about 3 medium bananas)
3/4 c. chocolate chips

Oven Temp: 325 F

Makes 12 muffins (can make mini muffins too)
