Hurricane Dorian: Catastrophic storm slams the Bahamas

Hurricane Dorian is continuing to pummel the Bahamas, after becoming the second-strongest hurricane recorded in the Atlantic Ocean.
Residents said they had lived through many hurricanes but had yet to see Dorian's like.
Here are the first pictures of what residents had to contend with.
