2 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp cornstarch (corn flour in the UK)
3 tbsp desiccated coconut
500ml (2 cups) milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
50g white chocolate
50g butter

This dessert can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
