Baby Jhonty came to BLK Hospital in an emergency situation during Covid Times. He was a case of Biliary Atresia with decompensated chronic liver disease. The only way the child would have survived was through a LIVER Transplant. The Fear of Covid infection and the tender age of the child were concern the doctors had to address before deciding upon the surgery.

The parents were counselled appropriately and he underwent liver transplant. The parents were very thankful especially to Dr Deepak Goyal for taking such good care of the baby and explaining everything at each step properly.
