Train Simulator - Changing Timetable scenarios to Standard

If you have ever tried to upload a scenario to Workshop and it doesn't appear in the list of scenarios it's almost certainly because you created a scenario of type "timetable" - which doesn't work with Workshop.

In 99% of cases people don't really mean to use this option, they just think that (not unreasonable!) if they want their scenario to have timed stops (aka, a timetable) then this is what's needed - but in reality, standard OR career can both happily do this.

Timetable mode is a bit of a relic and it just can't be removed now its in the product - what it does allow you to do is to make a scenario where they are all AI trains and then allow the player to click on any of them to drive them... however... whether that will actually work in a given situation is debateable and given they're all AI trains you're also limited to only things AI can do (so basically no shunting). There's a reason DTG don't use them :)

The good news is that you can easily convert your scenario from Timetable to Standard and it should just work perfectly the same - and then be compatible with Steam Workshop, which is what I show you how to do in this video.
